ok, I upped my Agility one my last victory for oneof my fighters, and he dropped like 13 lbs from his general weight but his lowest weight is still over the lmit for the class below can I up my Strength to even it out or should I do an Agility race to try and get to the minimum for the next weightclass down?

I've had this happen to me before with new fighters. If you up your strength it might help. What I would do is go to Practice Fights from your gym page and create a boxer with your exact stats. That way you can see what a point of str is going to do to your weight.
As far as what to do in the mean time, it's really up to you.

It's worth noting that the big jumps happen between 10-12 STR or AGL. Everything else is a minor jump, but you'll get some crazy numbers between 10-12 STR, and 10-12 AGL.
The above advice is good, you can get an idea of where you'll be using create a fighter or practice fights -- but those are sometimes 1lb off, for some reason.

Depends on how many pounds over he is as well, it may not be worth it to worry about the weight. I frequently fight my fighters a few pounds over or under including fighting some 192 pounders in Heavyweight.

2 reasons you'll want to avoid being over/underweight:
1) Penalties. In rookies, you can probably overcome the penalties with a good fp, but don't get yourself stuck in a bad habit. In regionals, people will know know to use the penalties to their advantage, and they'll take every advantage they can get.
2) Scouting. If someone has an exact weight for you, it takes just a bit of time to figure out your exact stats -- or, at least, your exacts STR and AGL -- which will give them a great idea on SPD, CHN, and CON.

yah well the thing is my str is already 12 and my agl is 10 so it sounds like upping Agility again and aiming to drop a weightclass is the best bet cus I'll get minor weight gain but can potentially drop down to the next lighter class fairly easily that's cool I'd rather be a touch heavy for a weight class then a touch light
